Our vision is to take the authentic NY-style bagel from unknown to essential here in the Ozarks. We believe that great food (handmade with real ingredients) can make our community a better place to live.
Our Goal
We boil and bake hand-rolled bagels every morning (Wed. - Sun.). One of these days we will be perfectly happy with our bake.
